Brook sets the foundation for J&B Contracting through hard work, integrity, and a deep commitment to family and faith. Alongside his wife Renee, he has built not only a strong family, but a company centered on caring for people and building lasting relationships. Brook is passionate about developing others—clients and team alike—while raising up men who take pride in their work, provide for their families, and lead with integrity.

Justin began working with his dad at a young age, growing up in an environment rooted in hard work, faith, and accountability. He plays a key role in field operations: leading crews, refining systems, and ensuring every project is done right. Justin is known for building strong teams, putting people in the right positions, and creating a culture of brotherhood where hard work, trust, and pride in the job come standard.

Caleb joined J&B Contracting in 2016 and focuses on driving the company forward through vision, growth, and strong internal standards. Guided by faith, family, and integrity, he is committed to building a company that stands apart where quality, professionalism, and accountability are expected at every level. Caleb is passionate about creating opportunities, developing the team, and continuing to build something that lasts.

Their core values of honesty, integrity, hard work, and exceeding expectations are the driving force behind their success. The J&B team is committed to doing what they say and more, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

Early Beginnings

Brook and Renee Anderson raised their family on farms and ranches, instilling in their children values of hard work, integrity, and a connection to the land. In 2002, they ventured into the construction industry by founding J&B Contracting. The company’s humble beginnings started with a used, rebuilt spray foam machine and a horse trailer, symbolizing their resourcefulness and determination.

Expansion into Commercial Roofing

As the Business grew, J&B Contracting identified opportunities within commercial flat roofing. The construction industry raised the R-factor of insulation required in steel buildings, and J&B Contracting seized the chance to innovate. They got in on the ground floor of the Simple Saver System and traveled across the state, installing it in steel buildings. This early adoption not only set them apart but also positioned them as leaders in energy-efficient construction solutions.

Relocation & Growth

In 2018, the company made a strategic move to Columbus, MT to bring the business into a more localized concept. This relocation allowed them to better serve their clients and expand their operations. Now primarily operating in Billings, MT, J&B Contracting continues to focus on its core services: installing the Simple Saver System, constructing steel buildings, and providing commercial and high-end residential roofing solutions.
